Helen Sampson - President
The President shall have a general supervision over all the Club's affairs
and shall preside at all Club meetings. The President of the Club shall have the power to call special meetings of the Club when two members of the Executive Committee concur on the need. The President shall appoint an Auditing Committee and such other committees as may be necessary and shall serve as an ex-officio member of all committees.
Sandy Willson - Secretary
The Secretary shall keep proper record of the Club meetings, maintain a file of Club membership, and issue Charter Membership Cards. She/he will design membership cards, applications, and other related forms needed to conduct the business of Gems of Nevada. She/he will have responsibility for distributing Gems of Nevada communications to members and other interested parties. She/he will have responsibility for maintaining records of merchandise inventory and delivering/mailing merchandise as necessary.
KRISTI HEDGES - Vice President/ Marketing Officer
The Vice-President/Marketing Officer, in the absence of the President,
shall preside at Club meetings. The Vice-President/Marketing Officer shall assist the President by performing such duties as may be designated by the President. The Vice-President/Marketing Officer shall determine the sales and marketing of merchandise sold or events held to support the income and programs of Gems of Nevada. She/he will oversee all sales and aid in the design of marketing and promotional materials. The Vice-President/Marketing Officer shall succeed to the office of President in the event of a vacancy in that office.
Megan Fritts - Treasurer
The Treasurer shall receive the monies belonging to Gems of Nevada and deposit them in a reputable financial institution. Whenever possible, the monies shall be kept in an interest-bearing account. The Treasurer shall disburse funds in accordance with the approved procedures. She/he shall present summarized reports at each Executive meeting and a fulI report annually.
